YP Dine - Restaurant Finder App Reviews

Great and unique concept. Love the recos and functionality. For a new app, lots of potential. Glad its now available in Toronto!

App is extremely buggy..crashes frequently and hangs up once in a while. The listings are very little. Most of the eating places near my home are not listed at all. The developers of this app also have a bad reputation in the market. Not recommended!!!

Downloaded the YP Dine app as Bookenda had a message indicating they were migrating over to YP. The app doesnt look like it is finished - live in Edmonton but all the restaurants are in Calgary. My Bookenda reservations do not show up and there is no where to enter my profile information.

The fact that I can search a restaurant, order from it or make reservations! This is the way forward. We used to use yellow pages for everything! Im glad theyre jumping into the digital world.

This is a no bells or whistles restaurant reservation app and it is not at all user friendly. When trying to make a reservation for the following month, it resets to the current date when you scroll to the end of the current month. Please use a proper date selector and not a dumb scroll wheel.

App never works. This is why big businesses kill innovation. Someone should launch a new app so all the bookenda independent restaurants can move over there.

So Bookenda was swallowed up by YP Dine over a year ago and I was informed to delete the Bookenda app and use YP Dine instead. However a whole bunch of restaurants listed on Bookenda CANNOT be booked through YP yet can still done done via a browser. Cmon, get it together!

I always use this app to plan my next night out in town :) Love the new design and layout. Love that I can both discover Montreals restaurant scene and make reservations via the online booking system.

Cant reserve from the restaurants page and cant find a restaurant on the reserve page ... Who designed such terrible functionality!

Its a slight improvement over the awful Bookenda app that this one replaced, but its still just a poor knock-off of Open Table. The functionality and user experience of this app pales in comparison -- its a pain trying to reserve at a restaurant that uses this YP app.

App freezes and doesnt even go anywhere where I can book anything. So frustrating....dont these people test anything before they launch?! Only rated 1 star because there is no 0.

Reservation, playlist, chat... I love this amazingly app and use it regularly.

Application freezes upon start and wont function. Im uninstalling. Too bad.

App doesnt even work just says tap ok when I open it and guess what theres nothing to tap. Ive tried reinstalling updating closing shutting down nothing works. Soo just a waste of useage

Solved my daily problem of finding restaurants for 5&7, it take 6 seconds to help me decide what to eat during weekday morning, haha because it found a perfect match which is just next to my apartment, me and my colleague use it to book reservation, dont need to go through all the way to the website to do that, which is awesome, now we r kind of addicted to it, it give us hints even for a 15 mins coffee break.

The app crashes every time I try to look at my current reservations. Need to go to my email to make amendments via the confirmation.

Pretty nice reservation option but would like to be able to modify/cancel reservation in app

this app is the go to app for all youre culinary needs

YP Dine aquired Bookenda and now the Bookenda app doesnt work. It sends you to the YP Dine app except that you cant access your Bookenda reservations from YP Dine! WTF?!

Not working after the upgrade with ios 9.3.4
